CATÍ CHEESES RECEIVES SILVER MEDAL IN THE COMPETITION OF SARDINIA BIOCASEUS

 

 

The environmental commitment of the cooperative Catí Cheese has again bear fruit. Florida Pell cheese, made with goat milk from organic production, has returned to get international recognition. In this case it is the silver medal in the Biocaseus pageant, which is convened every year on the Italian island of Sardinia. It is the only award-winning cheese Valencia and one of the two Spanish who have received awards.

The truffle fair Albocàsser closes with a high presence of people, attracted by all the events have been organized. On Sunday, searchers dog show, which included 5 participants, brought together hundreds of residents and visitors around the site ready for search. Each dog must find five truffles in a maximum of 5 minutes. After the competition there was a tie at 3 truffles between two of the contestants. It was decided to establish a runoff between the top two. Who found before the nose would be the winner. For a few seconds Victor Palacios, Rubielos de Mora, was the winner with the dog Linda.
