"We have seen how this initiative is polarizing the attention of many people who come to this region with the argument Gourmet, to find a product highly prized and valued throughout Europe and that comes from our land. I think it's a great opportunity to consolidate little by little this black gold to settle in the territory and value offered to many people new reasons to continue believing in the land, people and the opportunities it offers our province, "said Moliner

It should be remembered that these gastronomic events, involving over 20 restaurants and shops of l'Alt Maestrat, develop during the weekend of January and February, complementing traveling with Truffle Fair which will take place on 11 and 12 February in Albocàsser. They will bring together producers, retailers, restaurateurs and search engines to show the world all the news around this culinary delicacy, from collection to prepare cuisine.

The province of Castellón is one of the leading producers of Black Truffle Spain. The environmental conditions inside the province are ideal for the production of the beloved fungus that is used so prominently in the cuisine of the inland municipalities of Castellón.
