In spite of that the weather has not been accompanied by too much (too windy), the whole town has gathered waiting for the kings who have come to the Font de Sant Vicent around 20:30 h.

Accompanied by the Band of Music the Kings have gone to the parish church N ª S ª de la Asunción to adore the Child Jesus.

Then spoke Mr. Pastor, Moss Raphael, after welcoming the Kings asked for spiritual rather than material goods. Then the Alcalde said a few words to those present by thanking everyone who made this celebration possible and has discussed some changes in the act of giving gifts this year compared to other previous years. By Kings Melchor spoke His Majesty thanking all children have asked eagerly gifts.

Arrival of the pages of the three Wise Men

 

Promptly at 18:00, as planned, have come to Catí today, Sunday the first day of 2012, the pages of the three Wise Men to collect the letters to theirs Majesties.

After stopping a few moments before the council and that the Mayor has welcomed them, have walked the streets of the town picking up the cards so excited to have them delivered children of Catí.

Their Majesties the three Wise Men (Kings) arrive on Thursday, January 5, around 20:30 h. After passing by the church to worship the Infant Jesus will be in  the streets handing our presents.
